1. Introduction

Aurora Adventures ("we", "us" or "our") offers group trips for individual travelers. These terms and conditions are intended to inform you about the conditions under which we offer our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

You can make a booking through our website or by contacting us. We will send you a confirmation of your booking and provide all relevant details. You are responsible for providing accurate information when making your booking.

When making a booking, you must make a deposit of 25% of the total amount to reserve your place. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before departure. If you book within 60 days before departure, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
• Between 60 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or change our services for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will try to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund.

4. Traveler's Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents such as airline tickets, passports, visas, and vaccinations. You are also responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the countries visited and following the instructions of our guides.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance for your trip. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your property, or for injury or accidents during your trip.

5. Changes to Our Services

We reserve the right to change or cancel our services for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform you of any changes as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or provide a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website, including text, images, logos, etc., are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of our website without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident arising from or related to our services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part. Our liability is in any case limited to the total price you have paid to us.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
